Next, enjoy Vitello Tonnato—tender veel filet in a creamy tuna sauce with capers, parmesan, and fresh herbs. Then, delight in ravioli filled with beef and served in a rich cream sauce, accented by earthy truffles. Follow this with a hearty Osso Buco, paired with creamy risotto.
